Captured in 10
CLAY, 2025
This sculpture is part of a series of fast figurative studies — created in 5, 10, or 15 minutes from a live model.
Captured in 10 embodies the feminine form in motion — fleeting, instinctive, raw.
In this piece, the goal was not perfection, but presence. Working quickly forces the hand to follow intuition rather than control. It brings out the essence of gesture: the twist of the hips, the weight on one foot, the tension between stillness and movement.
There’s something deeply honest about these sketches.
„They don’t seek to impress — they simply are.
Feminine beauty, in all its flow.“
